Type the job.
Get the estimate.

Describe a job in plain words and get a line-by-line estimate from your own price list in about ten seconds.

How it works

From a job description to a finished estimate

  1. Describe the job

Type it the way you'd say it to your crew. No forms, no dropdowns.

  2. Get a draft

It picks the lines from your price list, works out the quantities, and tells you what it assumed.

  3. Check and send

Change any line, quantity or price. Save it as a PDF with your company name and terms.

Built for your trade

Pick yours and see a sample job

Each trade has its own price list and its own kind of job.

What you get

  • Your prices. Send a spreadsheet, old estimates or photos of your price sheet.
  • Your name on it. Company name, terms, deposit schedule and license number on every estimate.
  • Phone or computer. Nothing to install.
  • Set up for you. You don't configure anything.

What it won't do

  • Make up a price. Work that isn't on your price list is flagged for you to price.
  • Send anything to a customer. You review every estimate first.
  • Replace your books or schedule. It does estimates.
